Keynotes

The INSNA Freeman Award is given annually to a distinguished scholar in the field of social networks for significant contributions to the scientific study of social structure. The recipient will give a plenary that will review the work for which the award was given.

The Simmel Award is given annually to the keynote speaker at the Sunbelt Social Networks Conference. The recipient is selected by the conference hosts in consultation with INSNA’s Board of Directors. A history of Simmel Award winner can be found here.
